LEG Immobilien SE is one of the leading housing companies in Germany – and has been since 1970. The company’s clear goal is to offer affordable and sustainable housing throughout Germany. But LEG is more than just a housing provider, because with a focus on sustainability, social cohesion and good housing concepts, LEG is actively shaping the future of housing and the future of the country.
Since April 2024 Schwarz+Matt LEG Immobilen SE in the area of social media communication and social media design.
The collaboration starts with a workshop on goals, target groups, content, challenges and much more. The input gathered forms the basis of the social media strategy developed.
Derived from the company’s word mark, a design element is created which forms the basis of the developed content template.
First, target groups were analyzed, user personas were created and, based on this, different content strategies for the various channels were evaluated. The main aspect here was that Instagram and Facebook are primarily used for B2C target groups (tenants and applicants) and LinkedIn more as a B2B channel (business partners, tradespeople).

In terms of content, the focus on Instagram and Facebook was on content that encourages interaction, but also offers real added value – even beyond pure tenant and housing matters.
We are currently also supporting the LEG team in the creative implementation of content for posts, reels and stories in one-to-many communication with (potential) customers and other stakeholders. The initial successes are impressive: More followers, higher visibility and more interactions.
