Lena Rathke

Born in Dortmund, she trained as an insurance and finance clerk after graduating from high school and then worked in the HR department of an engineering firm before joining us.

At Schwarz+Matt, Lena now supports André and the entire team in various areas, from HR and finance to office management and event planning – our all-rounder talent. After the office days, the fitness enthusiast gives fitness classes right around the corner at FitX.

In her free time, Lena can often be found at the gym, riding or out and about with her friends. She enjoys spending time with her cats and has a passion for concerts, good food – home-cooked or in restaurants, and other creative activities.
