Your tasks

Performance-oriented Google Ads, Display and Shopping campaigns are your world? You think analytically and always have the most important KPIs in view? Conversion rate optimization and landing pages are among your most important tools? Then join the team as Online Marketing Manager SEA (m/f/d) and show your skills!

Independent planning, control and further development of our customers’ Google Ads campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, …)
Accompaniment of our customers during the entire cooperation and sustainable project management
Preparation, calculation and negotiation of offers and framework agreements
Continuous optimization and A/B testing of ads as well as optimization of conversion rates and landing pages
Evaluation of relevant KPIs and creation of performance reports as well as implementation of resulting recommendations for action
Collaborative work with our Consulting, Strategy, Visual Design, Technology, and Copywriting departments in the context of holistic marketing efforts

Your qualification

As Online Marketing Manager SEA (m/f/d) you bring initiative, at least 2 years of professional experience and great enthusiasm for digital projects. Your optimal qualification:

High affinity for digital marketing as well as great interest in digitalization, design and communication topics of all kinds
Sound knowledge with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and SEO tools (e.g. SISTRIX)
Several years of experience in SEA and/or marketing consulting, ideally in an agency environment
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High degree of team orientation, initiative, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
Experienced handling of CMS like WordPress is an advantage
