Tasks
Do you want to actively shape the future of Schwarz+Matt? Do you love brand and communication design? Do you have several years of experience? Then we are looking for you as a designer for Schwarz+Matt (m/f/d) for the following tasks:
- Conceptual and graphic development of the Schwarz+Matt brand
- Conception and design of our case studies, in particular for the website, our newsletter and our social media channels
- Continuous production of designs for Schwarz+Matt’s communication channels, in particular website, social media, print, podcast and newsletter
- Concept and design for the Schwarz+Matt website
- Conception and design of presentations, especially in the context of agency presentations and pitches
- Conception and design of digital campaigns, in particular Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- Close cooperation with the agency’s designers and the management of Schwarz+Matt
Qualification
As a designer for Schwarz+Matt (m/f/d), you bring your own initiative, an eye for good design and great enthusiasm for brands. Your optimal qualification:
- At least two years of professional experience in graphic or communication design, preferably in an agency environment
- Completed training or studies in the field of graphic or communication design
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite application skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Creativity, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Strongly creative and proactive working style with high quality standards
- Hands-On Mentality
